With our service, customers can see your restaurant information and browse your menu from their iPhones and computers. You will no longer have to read the menu to a customer on the phone or explain to them what options each menu item has. Customers can select options for each menu item and customize their orders on their phones and computers as if they were at the restaurant. We can handle your menu no matter how complicated it is. Customers can pick and customize items from your menu to order and add it to their cart.
When the customer places an order, we immediately process their credit card payment for you. This ensures that customers pay for their order when it is placed. Thus, people will no longer place takeout orders at your restaurant only to not show up to pay for it and pick it up.
After the order is placed, it gets sent to your restaurant either by email, fax, or to a computer connected to the Internet at your restaurant (depending on the restaurant owner). You receive the order and can then make the food for the customer.
Advanced features
Our service not only provides your restaurant with an iPhone application and website customers can order from, but we also provide you with a data tracking and reporting services through the Eatnotwait Restaurant Center. You can use the center to see trends, gather data, and view statistics on your restaurant and your orders. For more information, see the next page.
Our service actually exposes an entire ordering framework for your restaurant. This framework can be used by you or anyone else to develop applications that customers can use to place orders at your restaurant. For example, anyone, including other companies and websites can easily use our framework to add ordering at your restaurant without having to worry about sending the order, storing the menu, processing customer payments, etc. This allows ordering at your restaurant from all sorts of cool applications.
