iPhone Application and Website
When you sign up with our service, you will get an iPhone application and a website built for your restaurant. Customers can use both the iPhone application and website to see your restaurant information and of course to browse your menu and order food for either pickup or delivery (if offered).
We will take care of the entire process for you including building your iPhone application, building your website, and getting your iPhone application approved by Apple and into their App Store so that you can continue running your restaurant as usual. Throughout the entire process, there are no technical details that you have to worry about.
Eatnotwait Restaurant Center
In addition to the iPhone application and website, you will also get access to the Eatnotwait Restaurant Center. The Restaurant Center allows you to change your restaurant information and menu online and allows you to make announcements. When you change your restaurant's information or make announcements through the Restaurant Center, your customers will see the information on their iPhones and on your website. You can even configure the news you post here to show up on your twitter account.
Another very valuable feature of the Restaurant Center is the ability for you to use it to track and gather statistics on all your orders. You can see how many orders you are doing on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, track trends of different menu items over time, and print out reports. You can also track how often your customers are ordering and what they are ordering. You can see charts and graphs and export the data into Microsoft Excel or to text files. Every online order is automatically tracked by our Restaurant Center. In addition, you can enter all your in-restaurant orders into our Restaurant Center so you can use it to track and gather data and statistics for all orders.
Free Upgrades and Cutting Edge Software
Because we host all the software on our servers, you will get free and automatic upgrades to both your ordering service and Restaurant Center software everytime a new version is available. This will ensure ordering at your restaurant is always cutting edge and up to date.
